Natural Tooth Powder Recipe: How to Make and Use

Use this amazing natural tooth powder as a healthier alternative to traditional toothpaste!

What You’ll Need:

  • Bowl or container for mixing
  • Glass or plastic container
  • Wooden stirring utensil

Ingredients (for 3 containers):

  • 2 tbs bentonite clay
  • 1 tbs baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp activated charcoal powder
  • 15 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 10 drops spearmint or wintergreen essential oil

Directions:

  • In your bowl add the bentonite clay, baking soda, and activated charcoal powder, and stir with a wooden spoon or chopstick (the bentonite clay absorbs any metal it touches and is less affective).
  • Once you’ve got the powder all stirred together. you then want to add in the essential oils, you can start with the recommended above and then adjust to your personal preference by adding extra.
  • Stir thoroughly with the wooden spoon and make sure to disperse all the drops.
  • Fill you containers evenly and store with a lid on in your bathroom.
  • To use, wet toothbrush and then dip in the powder. Use it like normal toothpaste!
